I have already signed a lease for a one-bedroom apartment on E. 13th Street. Rent is $495 a month for two people (includes all utilities except cable) and the lease is 11 months. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with stove, fridge, and microwave and the bedroom has two closets. I am willing to take care of all furnishings (with the exception of the roommate's mattress). I need a roommate to split the rent ($247.50 a month); one who can tolerate the following: I wake up very early (but ensure that I am quiet), do not drink, smoke nor party, prefer a quiet atmosphere, and spend most of my time studying.
