Media Alert: Cooking demo teaches culinary, time management skills

Working adults aren’t the only ones trying to cut some time in the kitchen. Students on the shared campus of The Ohio State University at Lima and James A. Rhodes State College will learn some quick tricks of the trade at 12:30 p.m., Wed., Jan. 17, 2007, in Reed 160 with a tasty crock-pot cooking demonstration from Chef Michelle of Generations in Thyme catering.

The demonstration is at full capacity and participants will have the opportunity to win door prizes such as crock pots, pot holders and crock pot liners.
