This award recognizes and promotes Ohio State Lima alumni who have excelled in leadership and community service. Nomination deadline is March 1, 2007. To nominate an outstanding alumnus, contact Jon Rockhold at (419) 995-8390, Rockhold.9@osu.edu, 4240 Campus Drive, PS 210, Lima, OH 45804. Nominations should include a letter of nomination and a resume.The successful nominee will be inducted into the Hall of Fame during the Ohio State Lima Advocates meeting scheduled for Fri., April 13, 2007, in Reed Hall 160. To be considered for the Ohio State Lima Hall of Fame, a candidate must have attended Ohio State Lima at least one quarter, earned an Ohio State degree at least 15 years prior to the nomination, and exhibit leadership in their professions and the community. Susan Lee Hubbell, MD, MS, was the first honoree inducted into the Hall of Fame.
