For Immediate Release April 5, 2002 CONTACT: Pam Joseph at (419) 995-8284 or Jon Rockhold at (419) 995-8390 Ohio State Lima offers career change program for women The Ohio State University at Lima, in cooperation with the Lima YWCA, will offer Transitions, a program for women who want to make changes in their lives, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., April 9, 11, and 16, at the Lima YWCA. The free three-day program will focus on the career change process and how to prepare for a dream job. Topics include self-evaluation and reflection, exploring your options, experts who can help you plan the next steps, where to go for training and education to make a career plan a reality, and resources available to fund a career change. Representatives and financial aid officers from a variety of education outlets will also be available to answer questions, as will representatives from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Participants who complete the Transitions program and then choose to go to Ohio State Lima will be able to take their first five credit hours for free.
