Ohio State Marching Band to join Lima Symphony Orchestra for Nov. 6 concert

Buckeye-themed music won’t be the only Scarlet and Gray on display at the Lima Symphony Orchestra’s Buckeyes and Berlioz, 7:30 p.m., Sat., Nov. 6, 2010, at the Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center. Members of The Ohio State Marching Band, the Ohio State Lima University Band and the Ohio State Lima Chamber Singers will perform with the Symphony.

Marching band directors for the Best Damn Band in the Land Jon Woods and Jon Waters will also be on hand.

Ohio State Lima and the Lima Symphony will also host a Tailgate Party at 5:30 p.m. on the courtyard on the Lima Town Square before the concert. The tailgate is free and open to the public. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
