Team Photograph Women's Basketball at Ohio State Lima offers students a chance to compete with other college teams. The Lady Barons competes against the other colleges in the Ohio Regional Campus Conference. O.R.C.C. basketball consists of 10 teams. There is a regular season champion as well as a state tournament held at the end of the year. The Barons play a 24 game schedule. We follow the rules set forth by the NCAA.
Policy and Information
Head Coach
Phil Sensabaugh - Barons Women’s Basketball Coach. Phil previously was the Lima Senior Girls Varsity basketball coach. He has also coached at Wapakoneta High School coaching both the girls and boys AAU basketball teams.  A highlight of his coaching career came in 2000, when he led the local AAU boys’ team to a National Championship.

Before coming to the Lima campus, Phil worked as a General Foreman and Project Manager IBEW #32 for over thirty five years.
